Sesame Chutney


 Ingredients :

Sesame                                -      3 table spoon

Grated coconut                  -      1 cup

Dried red chilli                  -       3 numbers

Tamarind                            -       a small amount

Salt                                       -       as per taste

Oil                                        -        2 tea spoon


Method of making :

1) Heat a pan and pour the oil.

2) Fry the sesame in medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep it aside to cool.

3) Add sesame, grated coconut, dried red chilli, tamarind and salt to the mixer.

4) Pour little amount of water and grind it to a fine paste. 

5) Heat a tea spoon of oil and add mustard and urid dal. 

6) After it splutters, add it to the chutney.
