Cauliflower Pepper Fry
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 (big sized)
Shallots - 200 grams
Garlic - 10 cloves
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Salt - as per taste
Ghee - 2 table spoon
To grind masala :
Pepper - 1 tea spoon
Dried red chilli - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
Shallots - 10 to 12 numbers
Fry the above with a tea spoon of ghee and grind it.
Method of making :
1) Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
2) Heat the pan with oil and temper it with mustard and fennel seeds.
3) Add the cut pieces of shallots, garlic and curry leaves to the pan and saute it.
4) Then drop the cauliflower florets and add some water and close the pan. Heat with medium flame.
5) As the next step, mix the masala, salt and add ghee slowly and stir it.
6) Mix the veggie until ghee separates from the cauliflower.
Your cauliflower pepper fry is ready.
